Fortnite 20.10 patch notes are a call to arms for the daily bugle battle

Fortnite’s 10.10 patch notes have been revealed, and this new update brings the first major battle of the season between the forces of the Imagined Order and the player-led Resistance. A fan-favorite weapon comes out of the vault just in time for the fight, as does a new funding measure that allows players to choose the next weapon to remove from the vault.

The Daily Bugle – Spider-Man’s iconic newspaper building, which has been in the top-right corner of the map since the beginning of Chapter 3 in December – will serve as the battlefield for the first skirmish between IO and the Resistance in Chapter 3 Season 2. Players who wish to jump in and help the Resistance repel the Imaginary Order can collect large loot for the remainder of the game. However, the Huntmaster Saber boss is on the hunt, so watch your back as you fight for the bugle.

The Daily Bugle serves as the first battleground of the season for IO and Resistance forces.

To aid you in your Daily Bugle defense, the Heavy Sniper Rifle returns from the Vault with the Fortnite 20.10 patch. It returns to the island in Chests, Rare Chests, and Supply Drops, giving it a new ability to deal increased damage to vehicles. This makes the Heavy Sniper Rifle a great option for any opponent piloting one of the island’s many Titan tanks.

Finally, a new funding campaign has begun, allowing players to choose between two different Assault Rifles to unvault: the Battle Rifle from Chapter 2 Season 8, or last season’s MK-Seven Assault Rifle. Players can spend bars at funding stations to announce their choice. The full list of Fortnite 20.10 patch notes can be found below.

The Fortnite 20.10 patch is the first since Epic Games officially unveiled the new Zero Build mode, which removes the building mechanics from the game and focuses on shooting and traversing. Epic also unveiled the results of its fundraiser for Ukraine, announcing that Xbox had raised over $144 million, which will be donated to multiple charities to help support the relief effort.
