TechCrunch Live’s free special in Austin, Texas! – TechCrunch

TechCrunch Live is taking place today in Austin, Texas. At least virtually. For today’s show, we turn our attention to the incredible region of Austin, Texas. It’s a city of unicorns and tech giants, as Mary Ann Azevedo writes about the scene in her expose.

We hope you can join us. Register here. It’s free and starts at 12:00 PM Pacific.

The line-up is killer, but no showcase would be complete without an Austin pitch-off. TechCrunch editors have selected three Austin-based startups to compete for free exhibit space at TechCrunch Disrupt in San Francisco this October. Each company has four minutes to present themselves, followed by a five-minute Q&A with our amazing judges. Companies will receive private training with the Startup Battlefield team responsible for training all early-stage TechCrunch company presentations, a mini-feature on TechCrunch.com, and a free table at TechCrunch Disrupt 2022 in person.

TechCrunch Live is a free weekly event featuring investors, founders, and startups dedicated to helping entrepreneurs build better businesses with venture capital. The show runs every Wednesday at 12 p.m. Pacific and admission is always free.
